PenderWatch
& Conservancy - Founded
in 1986 by a small group of concerned
citizens, PenderWatch & Conservancy is a grass roots non-profit conservation group
dedicated to the preservation and conservation of the environment in eastern Pender
County. We have a record of accomplishment in helping the county address uncontrolled
growth, wetlands loss, and coastal water quality issues. We are a volunteer based
organization and need active, involved members, and we welcome the support of all. Board
meetings are held monthly at the Pender Library in Hampstead. |

For A Responsible Swine Industry - ARSI is a non-profit organization established in an
effort to fight against a lack of regulations in the hog industry. Many of our
